Postpaid Mobile

  • Applicable with presentation of SAFRA Card at M1 Shops and Exclusive Distributors.
  • Free additional 5GB per month local data bundle is valid for 12 months from the date of new line sign-up or port-in on Plan with Device or SIM-only Plan.
  • Data bundle is applicable for Data Passport usage. Data Passport usage from your plan and Plan Add-ons / Bundle Packs (if any) and Promotional Data in excess of 10GB will be charged at $10/GB.
  • The data bundle will only be effective from the date of activation and will not offset any excess data charges incurred prior to the activation date.
  • Free 1 month base plan subscription is valid for new sign-up or re-contract on Plan with Device or SIM-only Plan, limited to one free subscription per mobile line.
  • Free subscription will apply to the first subscription month; thereafter, monthly Base Plan subscription fee applies.Promotion is not valid on Plan Add-ons or Bundle Packs.Applicable charges for Plan Add-ons and Bundle Packs will apply from date of sign-up / re-contract.

Home Broadband

  • Applicable with presentation of SAFRA Card at M1 Shops and Exclusive Distributors.
  • Free 12 months’ Fixed Voice VAS Package is open to customers who sign up on 24-month 1Gbps Fibre Broadband plan. Free 12 months’ subscription will commence from the date of the Fibre Broadband service activation. Prevailing rates shall apply from the 13th month onwards at $4.28/month.
  • Promotions are valid at M1 Shops and Exclusive Distributors with presentation of SAFRA Card, unless otherwise stated.

General Terms & Conditions

  • Promotions are valid till 29 Feb 2020 (the “Promotion Period”), or such earlier date as determined by M1,at M1 Shops and Exclusive Distributors with the presentation of valid SAFRA Card, unless otherwise stated.
  • The SAFRA Card name must be the same as the subscriber's name.
  • Promotions strictly cannot be exchanged for cash and other items and are not valid with any other discounts, vouchers or promotions unless otherwise stated. Any unutilised amount for these offers will not be refunded and cannot be used to offset other promotions.
  • All services are subject to M1 registration guidelines, General Terms and Conditions and other applicable specific terms and conditions available at m1.com.sg.
  • In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms, such conflict or inconsistency shall, in the absence of any express agreement to the contrary, be resolved in a manner most favourable to M1, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable laws.
  • M1 reserves the right to vary any term or condition.
  • M1 will, where it is practicable to do so, give customers advance notice (which may be through written notice, electronic mail, letters, M1 website, bills or such other forms as M1 deems appropriate) of such changes.
  • SAFRA is not an agent of the merchant. Any dispute regarding the quality or service standard must be resolved directly with the respective merchants. SAFRA will not assume any liability or responsibility for the acts of the merchants or any defects in products or services offered in the promotion.
